We want you to love your Oddli pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
